Journey

“More Please” was created after my victory over stage three cancer. Healing myself with a vegan and vegetarian menu gave me the strength and will to go on living my best life. That was the driving factor to the creation of the small batch weekly menu. I had in mind others who my be craving a home made meal that is delicious, made with freshest ingredients, along with nurturing their Body, Mind, Soul and Taste Buds. Food is powerful, it can heal you or harm you. This is when we get to decide. The small batch menu launched November 1, 2020 during the Covid shut down of our beloved cities, and is still thriving in 2022, thanks to your loving orders.

Food is my love language, the bonus is how my food can make a person smile with pure joy, and the added yummy sounds while doing a happy dance. It is a true inspiration, and motivation to continue to create in the kitchen, while my customers support the service I provide, which in turn sustains a life for myself. It is a Win Win for us all. I am a trained Chef. I was working as the evening Pastry Chef at the Viceroy Luxury Hotel when I was notified that I had cancer. After losing my job, home and bank account, I made the conscious decision that no matter where I find myself, I can turn life around because giving up is not an option. We can never be afraid of reinventing ourselves, or be afraid to be different. I created the vegan, and vegetarian specialty menu with limited availability to ensure you are receiving personalized meals. Meals are created with compassion, healthy ingredients, and not only nutritious but also delicious. The “More Please” motto is “More Love, More Self-Care, More Joy, More Peace of Mind, More Laughter, More Music, More Reading, More Impromptu Dancing Alone, More Compassion for Ourselves and others, More Nurturing, More Kindness, More Fun, More Creativity, More Helping Others. YES! “More Please” of Everything Good for Us All! “More Please” is my way of giving back one meal at a time.

My survival story has one goal in mind, to make a difference in people's lives one meal at a time.
